Welcome to The Rider’s Voice, a new platform by Propel ATL designed to amplify MARTA bus riders' stories, experiences, and concerns. We believe your experiences can help shape Atlanta's more efficient, responsive, and rider-focused transit system. The Rider’s Voice is your opportunity to speak up, share your perspective, and make an impact.


How It Works

Sharing your experience with The Rider’s Voice is simple and easy:

  1. Call or text our Voicemail Line: Dial 404-482-0617 and leave a message about your bus ride.
  2. Tell Us About Your Commute: Share your name, the bus route you take, and any thoughts on your daily commute. What do you enjoy? What would you like to see improved?
  3. Text a Photo: You can also text a photo or selfie with your story to the same number to help us visualize your experience.

Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it to advocate for improvements in the MARTA bus system. Every voice counts in building a transit system that serves the needs of its riders!
