The Atlanta Bicycle Coalition is working to transform Atlanta into a more livable, accessible city by making biking equitable, safe, and appealing. We envision a day when biking is wholly integrated into Atlanta's daily life, culture, and infrastructure.

With the anticipated growth of Atlanta’s population and the inevitability of more people on city streets, comes an increasingly urgent responsibility to make our streets safe and accessible for all who use them.
But it’s hard to plan for what you’re not expecting, which is why we're working -- with planners, decision-makers, business leaders, developers, and every Atlantan with a stake in our city's future -- to expect bikes.
This fall, we'll gather visionary Atlanta leaders for an evening of food, drinks, and inspiration. Together, we'll celebrate the progress Atlanta is making towards becoming a city where we expect bikes. We can create a better quality of life - instrumental in attracting growth to our city and region -- by giving people more options for getting around, for health, and for recreation. What's more, biking adds value to the local economy by providing convenient access to local businesses, reducing healthcare and transportation costs for employers, and attracting and retaining the talented individuals who make Atlanta companies hum and grow.
Your contribution will support our recent accomplishments and ambitious 2018 goals, including Vision Zero, a new city department dedicated to streets & mobility, Atlanta Streets Alive routes that build support for street transformations, and an initiative to connect the next generation with biking through in-school bike classes for 2nd graders.
