Atlanta’s bike revolution is happening and we’re glad you’re part of it. We’ve been listening to you all and we’ve learned that you’d be riding even more if two things happened – 1) the city ramps up its infrastructure so that its roads are safe for bicycle riding and 2) you felt more empowered to negotiate the current and evolving conditions of Atlanta’s streets.
Your ride leaders are: Stephen Spring, who has been car-less taking on the streets of DC, SF, Austin, and Atlanta by bicycle for three decades. And, special guest ride leaders, the NPU-V Bike Champs will be there to take you out and about and up in the Beltline on the shortest day of the year!!! Expect the ride to be about 45 minutes and approximately 3-4 miles. We'll take it safe and slow and stay together.
We strongly recommend bringing a helmet, water, and lights. Know that if you don't have a bike, there's a Bike Share hub right around the corner of the MARTA station. If you need lights, we got you covered.
